Staying Tax

"The Farm" and "Salinettes" 

• Staying tax per day per person 0.15 cts €  from 4 years old
• 0.30 cts from 10 years old and adults (to be paid to the town hall)

"The Castel-Royal"

• staying tax per day per person 0.55 cts €  from 13 years old (to be paid to the town hall)

Charges are not included: water, electricity.

Any pets must be notified, you must ask for the owner's  permission.

For health reason pets are not allowed in the bedrooms; cats are not allowed.

The gite must be kept clean by the tenant.

On the day of your departure, the owner ar his agent will check the state of the gite especially the beds, bathroom and kitchen equipment.
If it is not up to standard, you will be charged for any additionnal cleaning (30 euros).
Bed linen is not supplied but can be hired ( 6 euros for one bed).

Write to or phone the owner, indicating your name, address, dates required and the number of people contract.
If the gite is vacant, the owner will send you a contract, you have 15 days to confirm your booking, by returning one signed contract with 25% of the cost of the holiday gite.

Deposit : when a deposit is required, it is returned at the end of the stay after inventory.if you damage any furniture or break anything, please let the owner know so he can make a deduction deposit it's (300 euros)
